
IMA® and ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) announced this week their global strategic partnership. The signing of the agreement took place at IMA’s Annual Meeting of Members, held on Sunday, June 24, during IMA’s Annual Conference & Exposition, in Las Vegas.

The partnership was formalized by Mark Gold, FCCA, ACCA’s senior council member and former global president and Brian McGuire, Ph.D., CMA, CPA, IMA Chair.
“This partnership complements our respective strengths,” said Dr. McGuire. “Our plans include research collaborations, CFO roundtables, joint chapter events, and the exploration of opportunities to increase awareness and adoption of our respective certifications.
